Helping you help your clients

When you refer a client, we’ll work with you to get an understanding of the patients’s case, based on medical history and previous test results.

After seeing the patient, we will send a written report with any test results and physical exam findings as well as any treatments that may be administered or recommended. We will also endeavour to keep you updated regarding any pertinent information that is shared with the client via email or phone calls. At macc we understand that clear communication is essential when pets are treated at a specialty centre.
