Darcy’s story!
We first met Darcy all the way back in May 2016 for his high grade B cell lymphoma. Darcy was commenced on his first CHOP protocol which he responded well to, obtaining a clinical remission quickly. Since this time, Darcy has completed another two CHOP protocols. In April this year, he was commenced on his 4th CHOP protocol! However, Darcy’s lymphoma started escaping control of this treatment and for this reason Darcy started on his first rescue protocol. It has now been 8 months and Darcy remains in remission from his LSA. Darcy has been fighting his cancer now for over three years! We all love seeing him in clinic and we like to think he likes seeing us as well given how enthusiastically he runs up the back! We have gotten to know Darcy pretty well given his regular visits to our clinic. His favourite activities include sitting on the scales looking cute and giving us his paw prior to blood collection. Here’s some photos of him loving life at home! Keep smiling Darcy
